Based on our extensive experience in the industry we have put together some frequently asked questions that can help answer some of the queries you may have regarding your hire from The Fun Experts. What are your prices? All our quotes are worked out bespoke to each event. As no two events are the same, we gather all the information we need so we can tailor the package just for you. Do you own all your own equipment? Yes, we own and maintain every piece of equipment you see here. That’s how we know we can always give you the best service! Can we meet you or see the equipment in action? Yes, if you would like to arrange a meeting with one of the team, then we are happy to arrange a site visit, or if you are local to our depots/offices you’re welcome to come in and see us for a cup of tea. Do you have insurance? Yes, we have £10 million Public Liability Insurance from a specialist insurance provider and copies of this are available on our website, along with current Risk Assessments, RPII and PIPA test certificates, and PAT test certificates. All of our equipment is rigorously tested annually and each member of staff receives full training for every piece of equipment we operate. Can I still book for a short notice event? Yes, it’s never too late. Our huge selection of equipment and entertainment allows us to cater for any event, even if you’re only getting in touch at short notice. What happens if it rains?
