? Q& A We are here to help you plan your perfect Fun Day! These are the most common questions that we get asked... How do I choose the right venue? A flat open space which is easily accessed with good parking facilities works wel l, for example a sports club. what is the cost? We wil l work with you and your budget to create a day to remember. How long should the day run for? The optimum times for a Fun day are 4 hours, this enables you to capture al l the atmosphere and excitement. Any longer can lead to lul ls as people wil l drift in and out of the day. Wil l I need power? Not al l equipment requires power however any inflatable does. We can provide power if not available from your chosen venue. How much equipment wil l I need? As a starting point we have some example packages based on the number of guests that you are expecting. We can tailor these to match budget and requirements. The staff were friendly and engaging with the kids. We were really pleased with the wide range of activities provided. The Brief In celebration of their 120th anniversary, we were approached by Leyland Trucks to help organise an exciting Fun Day at their site. Our Response Following 120 years of excellence, we understood that Leyland Trucks wanted to provide an impactful Fun Day for the whole of their community allowing 1000’s of guests to understand their proud history whilst most importantly - having fun! Looking at the event as a whole, we also considered the logistical aspects of the event. Working alongside our client, our experienced Fun Experts visited the site to ensure that the equipment chosen would be both suitable and safe.
